Nilly has more than 10 years of experience in facilitation with a focus on leadership, team building and work ethics programmes. She is also a former Lecturer at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) in Oman. Her educational background includes a MBA from Duquesne University in the US and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from SQU in Oman. Nilly is currently working as programme manager at the Royal Academy of Management in Oman, where she manages specific leadership programmes and initiatives leveraging her strong project management skills.

Following a career in banking where Julio gained experience in both the retail and business sectors which equipped him with a strong customer and commercial focus. He soon realised his passion for learning and development and has now been specialising in this area for over 30 years. Julio has designed and delivered global learning solutions including leadership and management, induction, graduate programmes, personal development solutions and culture and values training across a number of industries spanning many regions of the globe, including the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa, US and Australia.

For more than 25 years, Henny has experience within the healthcare sector as an entrepreneur, practice owner and (sports) physiotherapist. In 2012, she also graduated as a Professional Master Physiotherapist. From 2020, she has also further dedicated herself as an independently established and accredited mindfulness coach and life coach with the aim of achieving measurable and sustainable behavioural change with her clients. In 2024, she will further develop herself as a trainer in the field of positive health.
Henny has been my wife for more than 36 years. We have also been working together business wise for a long time.

He is a result-driven, enthusiastic and authentic leader, eager to learn and able to coordinate and improvise. Bart’s also able to facilitate the development of leaders and employees on a sustainable and measurable way. Can serve (internal) clients in a professional and businesslike manner. Clients are government institutions, education and business organisations in both the Netherlands and abroad.

Thorsten is a specialist in management diagnostics and assessment consulting for a number of blue chip companies. Holds a degree in psychology from the University of Zurich. Started his career as director of a further education centre. He is founder and owner of two boutique consulting companies (Assessment & Development Consulting and Assessment-Online AG). Thorsten has extensive experience with all kind of management levels. For the last 25 years, has focused on executive and senior executive positions.
I met Thorsten in 2019 in Oman and since that moment we have frequently met in Switzerland to expand our fruitful collaboration.
